As Poudre School District (PSD) continues to improve spam blocking capabilities, more legitimate e-mail is at risk of being blocked. If you have tried to send an e-mail to an employee or student of PSD and it never arrived, your e-mail may have been blocked by our anti-spam filters. This form will be submitted to the Information Technology Department so that necessary modifications can be made to allow your e-mail to flow through our system.
Regardless of the mail program you are using (comcast webmail, outlook express,
eudora, etc.) making sure the following settings are in place will help reduce the
chance of your e-mail being blocked as spam:
- Make sure your real name is filled in on whatever options page is applicable.
- Always use a subject.
- Don't send just an attachment with no subject or message.
- Don't send HTML mail if possible, especially for very short (one or two line) messages.
