Fossil Ridge High School Spanish Teacher Selected for President-Elect Position

Norma Arroyo, Spanish teacher at Fossil Ridge High School, has been selected to serve as President-elect of the Colorado Congress for Foreign Language Teachers. The position is selected by teachers in Colorado whom are members of the organization when they attend the annual spring conference. Handed out once a year, the appointee serves a 3-year term – one as president-elect, one as president, and one as past president.

ACE Exceptional Performance Awards for January and February

Congratulations to the following classified employees for receiving the ACE Exceptional Performance Award for January and February.  

Brad Skaare, carpenter with Facilities, received the award for January.

Kay Christman, paraprofessional at Bacon Elementary, and Jimmie Felt, school bus operator with Transportation South, received awards for February.
