Program of Inquiry
The Program of Inquiry is the framework for the written curriculum in a Primary Years Program. The curriculum is divided into six different themes (areas of knowledge). These units are not fixed, but rather flexible and dynamic. Each unit contains knowledge that is "significant, relevant, engaging, and challenging" (Making the PYP Happen, September 2000).
