The Centennial High School Health Center is an independent facility providing quality,teen-oriented health and mental health services to at-risk students in Poudre School District.
The Centennial High School Health Center provides:
Acute and preventative health services
Assessment for high-risk behaviors
Health education
Mental health counseling and group therapy
Dental screenings
Immunizations
Smoking cessation services
