
Healthy Snacks

Fruits and vegatables are an essential part of a healthy diet. Eyestone's Staff and PTO Volunteers have been filling large bowls with fruit in the lounge on Mondays.
We've had apples, oranges, bananas and pears so far. Soon, strawberries, peaches, apricots, nectarines and so much more will be available. Other healthy snacks that may be included in the "Fruit Bowls" could include carrots, celery, mushrooms, onions, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers and a huge variety of veggies.
