Book Trust

Book Trust enriches the literacy culture of families in need by providing children the opportunity to choose, own, and delight in books.  Each student at Irish Elementary that has parent permission, receives $7.00 per month to spend on books of his or her choice.  Through donations and community partnership, Book Trust establishes funds for designated schools, enabling qualifying children to choose and purchase books each month through Scholastic Book Clubs or Book Fairs.

Brook Trust and Irish Elementary know that the desire to read is one of the greatest assets a child can have to succeed in school and beyond.  A long-term access to a great selection of books is key to developing a love of reading.  If you'd like to learn more about Book Trust and how to donate, please visit www.booktrust.org.
