Please read the following important information to assist you with submissions to and orders for this year's publication.

School Pictures

1. School pictures for all grade levels were taken during August check in or during designated make-up days. All students are expected to have a school picture.

2. School pictures will be used in the yearbook for freshmen, sophomores and juniors. We will also use the school picture for any senior who does not submit a separate senior photo.

Senior Portraits

1. Seniors should have made an appointment with a photographer by the beginning of the school year. RMHS cannot recommend a photographer. The following requirements must be met when submitting your photo.

a. No props, no animals and no hats.

b. Picture size is 2” x 3” or standard wallet size. The suggested resolution is three hundred dots per inch (300 dpi).

c. We reserve the right to refuse photos because of quality and/or pose submitted.

2. Proofs should be returned to the photographer immediately to allow adequate time for printing and to meet the deadline for submission for the yearbook. Check with your photographer about submitting a color photo electronically using our website. Several provide this service.

3. Senior portraits are due by Friday, December 23, 2011. Submissions will be accepted until Saturday, January 14, 2012, with a $10 late fee.

4. All senior portraits must be submitted electronically through the RMHS website.

Senior Ads

1. Senior ads will be accepted starting December 3, 2011. The final deadline for submissions is February 26, 2012.

2. Prices for senior ads are: Full page (15 picture maximum) - $195, half page (8 picture maximum) - $110, and quarter page (4 picture maximum) - $75.

3. Ads can be submitted electronically from our website.

Yearbook Orders

1. The 2012 Yearbook will cost $53 until January 3, 2012. Thereafter, the cost will be $56.

2. Yearbooks can now be ordered electronically with a credit or debit card. Ordering at school began during August check in and can still be done at the Fees Window. If you are ordering your yearbook at the Fees Window, please make checks payable to “Rocky Mountain High School.”

3. A limited number of books will be ordered to sell in the spring. Sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Yearbook purchases will not be refunded.
