2011-2012 Athletics for 7th and 8th Grade Students
You must have a current physical examination and proof of insurance in order to try out for any 7th and 8th grade athletic team in Poudre School District. The 2011-12 athletic fee for 7th and 8th grade is $75 per sport which must be paid before the first contest. The family maximum is $300. Remember that those who sign the waiver on free/reduced lunch form the fee can be waived. We want all students to be able to participate. If you cannot afford the fee and do not qualify for free/reduced lunch, please let us know and we can help. Once you get a physical, it is good for one calendar year-so get your physical this summer and you'll be ready to try out for any 7th and 8th grade sport at Wellington Middle School.
